Ashley Caldwell

Ashley maintains a solicitor practice focusing on corporate commercial transactions and wills and estates matters.

Her corporate practice includes corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, asset and share purchases, partnership agreements, corporate structures, professional corporations, and commercial leasing.

In her estates practice, Ashley assists clients with estate planning and estate administration, frequently drafting wills, powers of attorney, trust agreements and related documents.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys attending Detroit sporting events and spending time with friends and family.
